English instrumental prog experimentalists The Fierce & The Dead will release their new album Live USA 17 on October 4 via Bad Elephant Music. It captures their full set @ RoSFest in Gettysburg, PA on May 5th, 2017, durign whith they oerformed songs from their studio albums If It Carries On Like This We Are Moving to Morecambe, Spooky Action, and the at the time not yet released The Euphoric.
It is the band's second live album. The previous one, Field Recordings (live), got them out of the inner circle niche. The artwork for Live USA 17 was created by Mark Buckingham, the comic book artist who also designed the packaging for their Magnet EP andField Recordings (live). Pre-orders start on September 2nd. Everyone pre-ordering will get a bonus track and people ordering the CD get a special signed postcard.
