Beck: new single "Dear Life", new album "Colors" in October
Beck is back with a new single. Dear Life is a taster for his new album Colors. Quirky and poppy he relies on the piano and double-tracked vocals to keep the track moving. A whiff of pyschedelic guitar comes in as the track progresses.
Colors will be released on October 12. He will be on the road in September supporting U2 on their The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 extravangza. Odd billing indeed.

U2 and Green Day re-enact "Abbey Road" cover
O, that was easy, said man ...
U2 and Green Day have re-enacted the front cover of The Beatles' Abbey Road album. Apparently Bono and co. thought that it would be a good idea to draft in U2 photographer Anton Corbijn to recreate the seminal snap.
