English band Boss Keloid released their latest studio album Family The Smiling Thrush in 2021 and got some well deserved rave reviews for the special brand of heavy psych rock. Touring behind the release wasn't going to happen, but they still wanted to perform it live. So how about finding a place they could play, albeit without an audience? They set up shop in one of the live rooms at Foel Studio in Powys, Wales, and performed the album in full.
Family The Smiling Thrush Live At Foel Studio will be released on vinyl and CD on July 1st via Ripple Music. Both formats come with a DVD of the performance, filmed by Chris Bibby. They have shared a video of them playing Hats The Mandrill.
