Watch The Jimi Hendrix Experience perform Foxey Lady live during the first show on July 30, 1970 on Maui. Some of it was included in the Rainbow Bridge movie, a really bad movie. There was no script, the director was totally clueless, and an amateur cast mumbled and stumbled blindfolded through the scenes. It is a miracle the shows themselves were pretty good, although Mitch Mitchell had to overdub all his drum parts.
Watched by few hundred hippies with no sense of rhythm the Experience played two shows that will be released on the Live In Maui set. Comes with a Blu-ray with the dodumentary Music, Money, Madness . . . Jimi Hendrix In Maui as well as all the footage that was filmed during the performances.
Live In Maui will be released on November 20. Available as 2CD/Blu-ray and 3LP sets.
