Revived English rock band Tarot dusted off a track they started working on in 1990. The Rain is a slow moving, melancholic song, with the guitars setting up conversation as mother nature is drowning the world in tears and finds a way into the house through a broken window pane. It is another taste from their forthcoming full-length Volume One.
