French garage punk band Les Lullies played fast and really fucking fast at their show @ ZXRX in Leipzig, Germany on June 25, 2024. Their live album Une Nuit à Leipzig comes close to the rush their audience must have experienced as they went to through their originals about the usual subjects that are part of the punk canon: boredom, having no regrets, and trying to remember what happened last night.
All mayhem aside, this band is extremely tight. It takes a lot of hard work to be able to play like this. Also: nice touch adding a cover of Dead Moon's Black September into the set. These four guys know their history and have a bright future ahead of them.
Une Nuit à Leipzig is released via Adrenalin Fix (France) and Folc Records (Spain).
