Indie pop band The New Beans long for the recent past on their new single Berlin, a song that was inspired by their visit to the capital of Germany. They did a show there, but apparently somethign elese happened there too: "Down in the city // I try to feel the glow // I never see the sun // And always want it all // Berlin strikes again and now it hits me back // I kind of like it, yeah".
They take it slow, almost like they walking around with eyes closed, in order to retrace their steps. Bittersweet dream-pop that both hurts and soothes.
