Psychedelic rock quartet Trevor and The Joneses have dropped the punk element from their songs and now look at bands like Marc Bolan's T-Rex, The Kinks and the Buffalo Springfield as their points of reference on their new Get It! EP.
The Las Vegas based band signature harmonzing is in full flight on the opening track Sugar Me Timbers and the title track - the latter also boasts a basic crunchy garage rock guitar riff. The final track, Mumbo Jumbo is a 101 for all musicains aspiring to put their acoustic skills center stage. Get It! is ten minutes of sonic bliss that you don't want to end.
