Brooklyn based musician Ryan Gross seeks closure after a breakup on Panties, the debut single from his solo project Skinny Dippers. He used a mixture of Sixties pop and Nineties college rock tied together with upbeat guitars, West Coast harmonies, and gloomy synths.
