The setlist of the Meatgrinders at the Meltdown festival in London, june 25, supporting Patti Smith. Alas, no John Cale joining Patti on stage for the My Generation encore.
The Meatgrinders consisted of John Cale with special friends:
- John Cale: Vocals, Keyboards, Guitar
- Dominik Blum, Hammond Organ and Backing Vocals
- Nick Frangelen: Keyboards, Electronics
- David Dramm: Guitar and Backing Vocals
- Josh Pollack: Guitar and Backing Vocals (coming in on very little notice and blowing everyone away)
- Flea: Bass Guitar, Trumpet, Backing Vocals
- Marino Pliakas: Bass Guitar
- Lucas Niggli: Drums
(Terrie & Andy from the Ex weren't able to join us, due to scheduling conflicts)
