The Steepwater Band: "Shake Your Faith" video
Vintage Guitar premiered the new Steepwater Band video for Shake Your Faith, title track from their forthcoming new album (April 1st on Diamond Day Records - double 180 gram vinyl, CD and digital):
Singer Jeff Massey is playing his Fender Custom Shop Relic Strat through an Orange Retro 50, guitarist Eric Saylors has a '72 Telecaster and '65 Super Reverb, bassist Tod Bowers is using his '57 reissue Precision Bass through a '73 Ampeg V4.
The Chicago blues rockers will fly to Europe in April for a lengthy tour, playing shows in Spain, Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.

The Steepwater Band: stream the title track from "Shake Your Faith"
Chicaco blues rock quartet The Steepwater Band have posted a stream for the title track from their forthcoming new album, Shake Your Faith (April 1st on Diamond Day Records - double 180 gram vinyl, CD and digital). The album was recorded last winter at Crushtone Studios in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim Wirt (Fiona Apple, Incubus, Buffalo Killers) lend a hand as co-producer.
It's been five years since their last studio album, CLAVA, and this will be the first record featuring guitarist Eric Saylors, who joined the band in early 2012.

Chicaco blues rock quartet The Steepwater Band will release a new album on April 1st: Shake Your Faith. It's been five years since their last studio album, CLAVA, and this will be the first record featuring guitarist Eric Saylors, who joined the band in early 2012.
Diamond Day Records is very excited to announce the release of The Steepwater Band’s 6th full-length studio album SHAKE YOUR FAITH. The LP features 11 brand new TSB tracks, and is slated for release on Friday, April 1st via Double 180 Gram Vinyl, Compact Disc and Digital Download.
They are on the road in the USA, performing the Rolling Stones classic live album “Get Yer Ya-Ya’s Out!” in its entirety. The will fly to Europe in April for a lengthy tour, playing shows in Spain, Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.

The Steepwater Band sign record deal, announce "Diamond Days: The Best of The Steepwater Band 2006-2014"

Chicago blues rock quartet The Steepwater Band have signed with Sun Pedal Recordings. The first release for the label will be a best of in early 2015. Diamond Days: The Best of The Steepwater Band 2006-2014 will include one new track, Silver Lining, and a new version of Hard As Stone, the first studio recordings featuring new guitarist Eric Saylors. The album will be released digitally and as a limited edition vinyl 12".
No definitive track list yet. Fans of the band are invited to vote for their favorite song (not a comprehensive by a long shot).
The band will be recording a new full-length studio album with producer Jim Wirt at Crushtone Studios in Cleveland, OH.
