Primus: supporting Slayer on their Farewell World Tour

Experimental avant-funk metal trio Primus will be supporting trash metal legends Slayer on their Farewell World Tour. Industrial metal band Ministry is the opening act:

Slayer is one of the rare bands that has always maintained a high level of consistency, persistency and integrity throughout their career. We were fortunate enough to bond with these glorious vikings of sonic aggression on an Ozzfest tour in the late nineties and Ler Lalonde has had a history with them since he was a teenager playing in Possessed. It is an honor to support them on their final go round of the USA.

Also, for me, the opportunity to watch Ministry every night is going to be the bonus cherry on this mighty stentorian cupcake of an adventure. I’m very much looking forward to this tour.
