Portraits At The Penthouse: Live in Seattle captures previously unreleased live recordings of jazz pianist Bill Evans on May 12 and 19, 1966 with bassist Eddie Gomez and drummer Joe Hunt. The tracks were recorded by radio DJ Jim Wilke for KING-FM radio. It will be released on vinyl for Black Friday (November 28). Caveat: overlong running time for both sides, which will surely affect the sound quality.
Further Ahead: Live In Finland (1964-1969) captures previously unreleased live recordings of jazz pianist Bill Evans during his shows in the mid-to-late 1960s.
