Revived English rock band Tarot dusted off a track they started working on in 1990. The Rain is slow moving, melancholic song, with the guitars setting up conversation as mother nature is drowning the world in tears andfinds an way into the house through a broken window pane. It is another taste from their forthcoming full-length Volume One.
