Robin Kester: An Hour Per Day

photo: Danique van Kesteren

Dutch artist, composer and producer Robin Kester contemplates the fact that a solution for a job did not work out on her new single An Hour Per Day. Running into a wall at a leisurely pace - she sings softly on top of a meandering soundscape - might not be as hurtful as going at full speed, but it still sucks.

Robin Kester: vocals, electric guitar, synth
Sam van Hoogstraten: bass guitar, drum computer
Rozi Plain: backing vocals
Adrian Utley: electric guitar, bowed guitar
Dan Moore: piano, synths, wurlitzer piano
Matt Stockham Brown: drums, percussion
Ali Chant: percussion, electric guitar, violin, acoustic guitar

An Hour Per Day is released via Memphis Industries. Her new album Dark Sky Reserve will be released on September 12.
