Elephant Stone: Lost In A Dream

Canadian psychedelic raga band Elephant Stone are trying to get away from it all on their new single. Lost In A Dream. Drenched in echo on top of a surprisingly danceable back beat plus a snippet of Brian May-inspired guitar, band leader Rishi Dhir shares his doubts, wondering what is real and what might be a figment of his imagination. The dream could become a nightmare if someone does not wake him up.

Elephant Stone:
Rishi Dhir: vocals, bass, sitar, keys, guitar, percussion
Miles Dupire-Gagnon: drums
Jason Kent: backing vocals, guitar, keys
Robbie MacArthur: guitars, keys

Lost In A Dream is a self-released single. Buy it from their website.

  1. That is an excellent hit single. Reminds me mostly of Tame Impala, the drums and guitar are straight out of their songbook. But also Dodgy, Temples and The War On Drugs (who also had a song and album called Lost In The Dream). However this song carves an identity all for itself, by being catchy and singalongable. Great stuff.
