Ronan Conroy: new album "The Slow Death of the LoveMyth" in October

NYC based singer-songwriter Ronan Conroy went throught his stack of unreleased songs for a new album, The Slow Death of the LoveMyth. He picked seven tracks, recorded between July 2013 and September 2017 @ Capture Sound Studios, Brooklyn. As per usual Charlie Nieland acted as producer, engineer and mixer (he played bass, percussion and drums as well). It is a belated thank you to all the female singers that have inspired him and in some cases worked with Conroy over the years:

This album is in gratitude to all the incredible female vocalists who have inspired me, including Love Spirals Downwards, Autumns Grey Solace, Lana del Rey, Chelsea Wolfe, PJ Harvey, Kate Bush, Julie Dicterow.

Thanks to the artists who appeared on the album with me - Julie Dicterow, Shannon Brown, Susan Hwang, Charlie Nieland, Justin Wierbonski.

Thanks to Shannon Brown for putting the album cover together.

The album is available pre-order here. Release date: October 21.
