English quintet Ampersand are in full-on pastoral folk mode on their new single Call Me, with bubbling synthesizers playing cathc with the guitars and vocals. The band was founded when they were studying at the University of Royal Holloway in London, its members sharing a love for jazz, folk, classical music and a bit of rock. Each song is an exploration of one of those genres (or more than one if it seems fitting).
