Dutch producer Bastian Benjamin has a soft spot for retro-futuristic sounds. His new single Concrete has an industrial Sci-Fi mood, reminiscent of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. No sign of brickwalling, but plenty of room for the beats and purrs to work their magic, with dark spoken words to create an atmosphere that is booth soothing and scary.
Concrete will be released on September 25th via Passage. His full-length Two Truths will be released on December 4th.
