Vibraphone ace Mike Dillon is joined by percussionist Jim Loughlin (moe.) for a short Summer tour promoting his covers album Functioning Broke. Former Frank Zappa band member Ed Mann is on board for the shows in Black Rock, Portsmouth and New York.
