The String Cheese Incident: Rhythm of the Road:
Volume One - Incident in Atlanta - 11.17.00

The String Cheese Incident jump on the archival live releases bandwagon with their new announces their brand Rhythm of the Road series. Volume 1, Incident in Atlanta – 11.17.00 covers their gig at The Tabernacle. With a special guest Tony Furtado sitting in on banjo, the Colorado band plays fan favorites, such as Miss Brown's Teahouse and show opener Smile. The dreaded Group Hoot is "listen once" and never again. You had to be there to appreciate it.

The Incident have always covered a wide variety of other acts and this show was no exception. Led Zeppelin, Talking Heads, John Coltrane, Peter Rowan, and Peter Gabriel are awarded with a musical nod. Zep fans are advised to skip Ramble On which never gets of the ground. Bluegrass is the band's forte and standards like The Old Home Place are treated with respect.

Rhythm of the Road: Volume One - Incident in Atlanta - 11.17.00 is released thru through SCI Merchandise and LiveCheese.com. Available as a limited edition 3CD set and download (MP3, FLAC, 24-bit FLAC). Release date: November 9th.
