English indie duo Wings of Desire have made a song about what should be the best time humans will experience during their lifes: Your Twenties. Suffice to say to say that they are not so sure about that. Chloe Little and James Taylor have a lot of questions and no definite answers, but they ended up with a wall-to-wall sounding dreampop banger about heartbreak, loss and regret.

Wings of Desire: Whisper

English indie duo Wings of Desire have set their sights on releasing a new song with each full moon. The first one, Whisper, is slow burn that catches fire near the end, from dreampop to shoegaze to noise. The track deals about getting a loved one out of his or her shell, making sure that the words that were uttered by that person were heard and ensuring that help is on the way.

Wings of Desire: OUTTAMYMIND

English indie duo Wings of Desire have unveiled a video for OUTTAMYMIND. Chloe Little and James Taylor sure can make a lot of noise for a twosome, following the template that was pioneered by The Jesus and Mary Chain, building a wall of sound on top of a catchy melody.

It is the lead single for their new Shut Up & Listen EP, which will be released on August 30 as a limited cassette. They hope to raise money for the community project The Long Table in their hometown Stroud. The "pay-what-you-can" initiative has been serving meals to the underprivileged, but now face eviction after their home Brimscombe Mill was sold to a new owner, who wants to turn it into yet another warehouse space.

Taking cues from art rock, New Wave, and the sound of the fabled record label Factory, Chloe Little and James Taylor strive to a bit of darkness to the disenchanted youth looking for a bit of substance as well as entice them to hit the dance floor.
