White Room: Shoot

Brighton indie rockers White Room put the kettle on to make a cup of psychedelic art-rock. Shoot is a throwback to early Roxy Music and Sparks, with a gnarly main riffs, low slung bass, spooky keyboards and glam rock drums. It's like the Seventies never ended. A toe-tapping song that is both retro and fresh.

White Room: Cannibal Song

Brighton based psychedelic pop band White Room take it slow to hammer home the menacing message of their Cannibal Song. It's their most complex track to date and a step up from their previous mostly harmless songs. The video was directed, shot and edited by Tom Holborn. Their new new double EP Eight will be released on December 1st.

Brighton based psychedelic pop band White Room are quick to release follow-up for their double A-side single The Blue b/w Tomorrow Always Knew. With Cable-Built Dreamland they have a potential live favourite on their hands with plenty of room for the audience to sing along. Take note of the short and sweet walking bass part and old school effects for the vocals and guitars.

Brighton based psychedelic pop quintet White Room bring back the summer of 1968 with their double A-side single The Blue b/w Tomorrow Always Knew. They sing about castles in the sky, using plenty echo and reverb. They have must read the manuals for old school effects pedals until they could recite them in their sleep.

Brighton based quintet White Room's new single Take Me Away is awash with sunny Sixties psychedelica and dark Nineties shoegaze. Those two genres get along nicely to create an inner tension that is both captivating and catchy. No wonder that have secured billing on the UK Summer festival circuit.
