Surf Rock is Dead: White Salsa

NYC based American-Australian neo-new wave duo Surf Rock is Dead are in full-on Eighties mode on their nee single White Salsa. Smooth multi-tracked vocals take on a pounding back beat. This is might be the gentlist delivery ever recorded of "fuck you" in the lyrics.

Surf Rock is Dead: Anymore

NYC based American-Australian neo-new wave duo Surf Rock is Dead are on the fence between indie and mainstream on their new single Anymore, with Nineties guitar pushing the polished vocals.

Kevin Pariso (Chicago)and Joel Witenberg (Melbourne) have a knack for radio friendly tunes with just a bit of rough-around-the-edges instrumentation and well-placed echo and reverb to prevent the music geeks from changing the channel.
