Bristol based quartet Hot Lobby channel a but of Living Colour and progressive metal in general on their new single Vampire, an in-your-face rocker about a character is bad news, but they can't get away from. The cymbals are mixed up front, as a counterpoint for the grumbling guitar and occasional grunts that have their way into the vocals. Also: a guitar solo and a coda that comes to falling apart on purpose.
Vampire is a self-released single. Buy it from their website.
