Hamilton rock band City and The Sea took their time to come up with a new EP. Preceded by the Strange Feeling single they have put in all the bottled energy in the Action Figures EP. Power pop has crept into their melodies, while preserving the their rock roots.
Stand-out track Footprints sums up their new direction: loud drums driving and in-your-face guitar clashing with the passionate vocal delivery. The mainstream beckons, but for now they prefer the backroads.
