Kingsley Flood: PledgeMusic campaign for new album, tour dates

Boston/D.C. folk rock band Kingsley Flood have enlisted Sam Kassirer (Josh Ritter, Langhorne Slim) to handle the production of their second full-length. The album was recorded at Great North Sound Society, an 18th century farmhouse in southern Maine, and mixed by Brandon Eggleston wa. They have launched a campaign through Pledgemusic to raise funds to cover costs of the recording and tour. Frontman Naseem Khuri:

We wanted to make a big record, one that combines the intensity of our live shows with the intimacy of a living room. We wanted Joe Strummer and Bob Dylan. Ray Davies and Leonard Cohen. We were asking for a lot. After some searching, we found our guy.
