Over the Rhine: new album "The Long Surrender" drops 02/08

At long last Over the Rhine are releasing a new studio album. The Long Surrender is the follow-up of their 2007 album The Trumpet Child. The husband and wife Ohio duo worked with producer Joe Henry on this one. Linford Detweiler and Karin Bergquist are offering The King Knows How as a free taste of a new collection of self-penned smart Great American songbook tunes.

The Long Surrender is a self-released album. Buy it from the band's website. Release date: February 8.

Over the Rhine will perform at Folk Alliance in Memphis on Wednesday, February 16. A tour kicks off in March.
