Macolm McLaren, musician, producer and manager and Svengali, is dead at 64. McLaren managed the New York Dolls, rose to fame with the Sex Pistols and went on to plug acts like Adam Ant, Boy George and Bow Wow Wow.
He released 16 albums under his own name and picked up on hip-hop in an early stage.
