Progressive space rock legends Gong have announced three UK shows in September. The band will play songs from their 2009 return to form album 2032 and a selection of their extensive back catalog.
The forthcoming UK concerts will once again reunite core GONG members, including original founding member Daevid Allen (guitar, vocals), Steve Hillage (lead guitar), Gilli Smyth (space whisper and poetry), Miquette Giraudy (synthesizer), Chris Taylor (drums), Dave Sturt (bass) and Ian East (sax and flute).
Support act is Nik Turner’s Space Ritual.
