Spirit Creek: A Culture of Unaccountability

The music business is not fair, right? If you are in heavy rock band, changes that you are in million dollar outfit like Metallica or Pearl Jam are pretty slim. Spirit Creek from Milwaukee, Wisconsin was founded in 1996, played hundred of shows and released five albums so far. Their new one A Culture of Unaccountability is filled with arena-sized movers and shakers (The Black Co., Within A Grin) and slow rumbling songs (Ingrained) that made Soundgarden a household name.

Heavy rock is all about passion and Spirit Creek have plenty. While most bands tend to slow down, these guys get faster and louder. A Culture of Unaccountability comes with two bonus discs filled with their back catalog (Call The Rain, Us Against The World, The Masquerade and Strong Inside). They want to be heard and they deserve to be. You get 51 songs in all and they will scare the pants off you Pearl Jam loving buddies. A well spend 10 dollars indeed.
