Fresh cheese for the summer.
The String Cheese Incident just wrapped up recording their fifth studio album, which will hit streets on June 28, 2005 on SCI Fidelity Records. The album, to be titled One Step Closer, was recorded at a private studio in the hills of their hometown, Boulder, Colorado, with producer Malcom Burn (Bob Dylan, Chris Whitley, Emmylou Harris, Daniel Lanois). The album’s13 original tunes feature several outside songwriting collaborations, and each member contributes his writing and vocals to one ore more songs.
