Singer Neil Young has left hospital and is making "excellent" progress after having brain surgery last week, his agent Bob Merlis has said. The rock legend, 59, was treated for a brain aneurysm in New York on 29 March.
He is recuperating in New York and is expected to go to Nashville in the coming days to go back into the studio.
